...... but WOW!! I don't know, something clicked just right, because, check this out:
6.2 miles (10K)
55:30
8:57/mile
6.2 miles (10K)
55:30
8:57/mile
It almost seems like something must be wrong, the distance is off or something... but I know it's just over 6 miles, I forget by how many 10ths.... I'll have to measure it later. If I'm wrong, then I'll willingly eat my words.
Yippee!! The maximum I need to run a 4:15 Boston Qualifier is 9:45/mile (which would give me exactly 4:15 and is cutting it a little too close; I hope to maintain 9:35.)
This is looking hopeful. This could actually happen!

Congrats!!!
Lookng forward to watching you meet your Boston goal!!!
Of course you can! We all believe in you, Ellie.
I know you can do this! You are getting over that hump from doing the IM now and your strength is back. I am seeing the same thing with my friend at work who did qualify last fall. She is over that post training slump from last year and is stronger than ever. I don't think you realize how much you have IM to thank for that!
Way to have a ROCK'IN GOOD Run Ellie!! Keep it up! Boston, you come!!
Great run!
2008 is going to be a great Boston! I hope to see quite a few friends there!
Wow! Congrats. That's awesome.
Good job Ellie! I think you have a great shot at meeting your Boston goal.
Which of the marathons are you targetting for the BQ? I am thinking of possibly doing the Clarence Demar Marathon in Keene, NH, on 9/30. It's looks to be an easier course than the New Hampshire Marathon the day before, though perhaps not as scenic.
Great run! Just think, when you have aid stations and crowd support, you will smoke your next event!
