AND NOW A RUNNING BLOG....

From Maryland to Florida. Since I'll be training all year for IMFL, and Maryland is my home-stomping-ground, it seems appropriate to measure my training mileage as a run from "home" to the Ironman. I haven't calculated exactly but it should be around 1,000 miles. Follow my progress here!

Ellie, that's a great idea! It will give you a running goal of distance and time. And you can start with your upcoming marathon.

As for not feeling well, just take as many days off as you need this week to leave you strong for Sunday.
