Wow, girl! That's a lot of details! I can really see where the stomach issues got to you on the run. You poor thing. But you looked so great at the finish, I swear I wouldn't have guessed!
Hey, you made it. Every minute spent made you an Ironman (again!).
Sometimes the hardest part of a race is getting yourself going when you stop--do I keep going? can I still make it? I don't want to move! I can still walk it, etc. But you kept the mantra: continuous (almost) forward motion.
Congrats again Ellie. It was so wonderful to see you. Lets all do it again in 2007.
