So today I went with our neighbors on an Austin Cycling Association group ride. Choices were 33, 45, or 69 miles. We did the 45.
That gives me 140 miles of biking this week.
Last week, with two round-trip commutes and one one-way, I did 80.
The week before, the same, 80.
Before that, I'd been doing 48 miles a week in 3 one-way commutes.
I feel like I've done a LOT of cycling this week. My quads can feel it. But they don't hurt.... they feel strong. Hope that holds! I guess it will, if I keep up the biking!

Wow, you've been riding up a storm this week! Good for you. My bike miles for the week doesn't even consist of one day of yours!
